SESSION 1:

8min Rowing on the Erg

Every 250m jump off and complete 20 jumping lunges until you reach 8minutes.

SESSION 2:

5 Rounds for Time –

  • 300m run
  • 21 Goblet Squats
  • 15 Pushups
  • 12 Atomic Situps
  • 9 Man-makers

SESSION 3:

In pairs for time –

  • 300 Air Squats
  • 150 Butterfly Situps
  • 100 Burpees

One person working, one in plank can swap ay any time.
