SESSION 1

COMMANDO BARRIER TEST

*If you don’t have access to an ergo swap out for bike to run

  • 1500m ergo then 15 burpees
  • 1250m ergo then 20 burpees
  • 1000m ergo then 25 burpees
  • 750m ergo then 30 burpees
  • 500m ergo then 35 burbees

SESSION 2

60 MINUTE HILL.RUN

SESSION 3

SQUAT THRUSTER

  • 20 repetitions in 60 seconds
  • 60 seconds rest
  • Repeat 10 times
