Sign up for Australia’s biggest

fundraising rowing event

The 24 Hour Row is a great way to bring your sports club, gym or community group together to form deeper connections while raising awareness and vital funds to support mental fitness.

Teams who take part in the row will be challenged to keep 1-2 (or more) rowing machines going continuously from 12 noon Saturday 13th to 12 noon Sunday 14th September (AEST).

We know that’s a long time to be sitting on a rowing machine, but the more members, volunteers, and supporters you have signed up to your team, the more the load can be shared! This event isn’t just about rowing though; it’s about rowing for a cause that matters – to help inspire and enable all Australians to take action to build their mental fitness, so that no one ever worries alone.

So why not work on the physical and mental fitness of your community and join us for the Gotcha4Life 24 Hour Row in 2025?
